My Leadership Coaching Programme is designed to empower both emerging and established managers and executives.
The coaching I provide is bespoke and focused on refining leadership approaches and assisting leaders in maximising their potential and that of their teams.

The coaching services I offer leverage my extensive 17-year experience in people management, along with the depth of knowledge, understanding, and skills gained through my tenure as an HR Business Partner. With a successful track record of coaching and mentoring managers, and providing pragmatic, commercial, and strategic HR support across various people-related activities such as resourcing, talent management, organisational design, employee relations, change management, and cultural transformation, I am well-equipped to guide leaders on their journey to success.

Self Discovery…

Through self-discovery, leaders can gain insight into their strengths, communication styles, and areas for growth. This heightened self-awareness not only enhances personal effectiveness but also fosters stronger connections with team members and colleagues.

That's why self-discovery is woven into the fabric of my coaching approach. I am a certified DISC practitioner - DISC is a powerful psychometric assessment tool which I integrate into my coaching packages. Utilising this, we can gain invaluable insights into a person’s personality style, management style, communication preferences, areas for growth, and personal goals, all of which are vital for navigating the complexities of leadership effectively.  

My coaching also leverages 360-feedback surveys and reports to gather insights from direct reports, line managers, peer groups and others, to provide a panoramic view of a coachee’s leadership skills. This comprehensive approach propels the leaders’ journey by affirming existing strengths, unveiling blind spots, and pinpointing opportunities to develop.

DISC profiling and 360 feedback are included in all packages unless otherwise specified.
